Rhylen Thompson passed away on September 21, 2026, at Children Hospital of Atlanta, just days after being born on September 10, 2026.

Though Rhylen’s time here was brief, his life was deeply cherished and will be forever remembered with love. From the moment he entered the world, he was held close in the hearts of those who loved him, and his memory will remain a lasting presence in the lives he touched.

Rhylen is survived by his mother, Tahjalyn Isler, who carries forward his memory with enduring love. The bond between mother and child is everlasting, and Rhylen’s place in her heart will never fade.
