Emotional Support Services

Every BSF family is automatically enrolled in our bi-weekly six month email program. The email program was created by licensed therapists in collaboration with individuals who have personally experienced a loss. The programs goal is to be a resource for families to hear from others with lived experience and tips to understand and process grief.

The BSF sends each of our families a kit to create a memorial garden in remembrance of their baby. We want to offer our families a space to honor their loss and knowing that we are here for them.

Every year the BSF holds a remembrance event called The Wave of Light. This event is a candle light walk for all of the BSF babies held during neonatal and infant loss awareness month. We hold a moment of silence and then complete the walk. We hope this walk is a way our community members, their families, friends, and our donors/supports can come together to honor those we have lost.
